Job Description:
We’re seeking a determined Account Executive to work with current clients, understand their needs, help them manage and expand their current product portfolio and drive new business growth. You’ll generate leads and help potential customers understand what their businesses will gain by partnering with us.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, manage and grow a significant book of current ARC customer programs over the phone and the internet.
- Maintain a high level of consultative solution-based selling.
- Identify key decision-makers among the targeted leads in order to initiate the sales process; close business via telephone, email or webinars.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quota objectives.
- Provide compelling product demos via the phone emphasizing service value and benefits, discussing contract terms, quoting prices, and closing sales.
- Develop sales plans in order to achieve individual goals.
- Research growth opportunities through targeted upsell and cross-sell campaigns.

- At least 2 years experience in direct account executive or indirect sales role (2 years in B2B is ideal!).
- Ability to build a consistent new business revenue pipeline.
- Commitment and curiosity to stay current with industry/sector trends.
- Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, a team player mentality, and the ability to achieve set targets.
